- SAShardae AllenAug 11, 20262.0I visited today and only needed two nails polished. I waited literally 30 minutes while a nail tech sat for 10 minutes with no one in her chair. She didn’t acknowledge me or ask what I needed. While the lady who greeted me was seated, I said “excuse me” three times trying to get her attention, and she completely ignored me. Then another lady came in about 20 minutes after me and was seated within 10 minutes. I was told she had an appointment, which is fine, but what bothered me was the complete lack of communication and customer service. At that point, I went to the guy at the front and asked how much longer the wait would be. He told me another 15 minutes. I was already frustrated after waiting 30 minutes and being ignored, so I left. This is the second time I’ve experienced this type of treatment here. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning. If there’s going to be a wait, that’s understandable, but customers should at least be acknowledged and communicated with.
