- FRFarzaneh RezaeiSep 30, 20261.0Extremely Disappointed – Terrible Hair Coloring Service I had a terrible experience at this salon and strongly advise against getting hair color services here. Before the service, I was assured that the stylist was highly experienced, but the final result was a complete disaster—and they charged me $190 for it. My natural hair is black. After the service, my hair was left with three completely different, uneven colors: large sections underneath remained black, parts turned blonde, and other areas became brown. Instead of a professional, blended look, it is patchy and completely inconsistent, especially from the top and back. When I reached out to customer service to resolve this, they did nothing to help. I now have to spend additional money at another salon to fix their mistake. I have attached photos showing the severe color inconsistency. Paying $190 for this level of quality and service is completely unacceptable. Save your money and go somewhere else!
