What I didn't need was someone nit picking everything that was wrong with my hair. Then when combing my hair she combed it so hard she combed my hair causing an earring to come out. When finished didn't even bother putting in any styling treatments or gel for my curly hair. Not to mention my hair cut is not exactly what my inspiration photo was Update.... owner was not helpful. Said called and left me a voicemail via email after reaching back out to customer support. First said did not have my phone number then says called such and such number when not even correct phone number....I emailed him correct number and then says I should have reached out. You were emailed my number and never bothered to call. As an owner of a business it's your job to make it right by reaching out to the customer to resolve an issue...not have a customer reach out to you...Very poor experience and customer service needs improvement especially with the owner More update....owner tried to reach out to my spouse. The issue wasn't with my spouse it was with me. No resolution...awful experience
- FFFast55Apr 22, 20263.0This salon is a hit-or-miss experience. While the haircuts from the good stylists are excellent, the bad stylists ones are genuinely awful. On two occasions, I’ve had to return the next day to have my children's hair fixed by a different stylist. Unfortunately, the lack of consistency extends to their customer service. I recently called to ask a question and was met with a noticeably rude and impatient attitude from the stylist that answered. She responded with an exacerbated exhale followes by a few seconds of silence. She then reluctantly gave me the information and when I said thank you her response was "mmmmhmm" and then hung up. Unless they make some training improvements and fire the miserable stylists, I’d recommend looking at other local shops. There are plenty of better options in the area.

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
