There were like 5 of them just standing in the back by the doors talking amongst themselves it was actually very awkward to try and even get their attention…and when you do they almost seem irritated with being asked for help. They need to actually work and be asking people if they need help!

My questions are answered and I get recommended products which 9 times out of 10 I buy. Well today I was greeted but received 1 recommendation and was instantly walked away from not to help another customer but to do their makeup or to finish a conversation they were having, I saw both happen. I left empty handed today but I really wanted to buy a face mask but was overwhelmed with the product selection and no help.
