  I went in for a keratin treatment which was quoted at $300. 1/4 of the way through the sytlist said she needed more product and they MAY charge additional for it. By the time I was done the "MAY charge extra" was $100 more! Then add the tip, the Keratin treatment costs $500! I've gotten many of these treatments and never have I paid this much and it didn't work - my hair is a little less frizzy but not a typical keratin treatment I've had done in the past. Total waste of money and time. Go somewhere else if you are considering. I sent a review via email when asked (that was supposed to go directly to the owner) but never heard back from her....sadly. I was hoping to make this my go to salon as I live here but unfortuntely, I will have to find another one.

  Receptionist is a little rude, my service cost twice as much as I expected and is not what I asked for. I understand that it costs more to color thick hair because it required more product, but I would have appreciated more communication about the price up front. $400 is too expensive for highlights and lowlights, and I ended up with a full head of color, which I specifically asked the stylist NOT to do. Also my hair is purple now. I wanted a bit of natural red mixed in with my existing brown.

  I went in for eyebrow wax and Tori is super sweet. Unfortunately they use hair shampoo chairs for facial waxing and it is very awkward and uncomfortable. They don't even do it from behind you, they make you turn your head in that chair, I suspect that is why my eyebrows are very uneven and my neck hurts. I've been getting my eyebrows waxed for 20 years, I know they're never going to be perfect, but this was pretty bad. It's pretty clear that waxing is not the focus here, but if that's the case then maybe don't offer it until prepared to do it well.

  For me personally, I will not be returning for highlights. I scheduled a partial highlight, and based on my experience over the last five years of regularly getting highlights, a partial highlight has always meant highlighting most or all of the top section of the head. I have very thick, long hair, so I was surprised when the highlighting process only took about 15 minutes. In my past experiences, stylists typically need multiple bowls of lightener and significantly more time to achieve the results I am looking for. Because of this, I was concerned during the appointment that I would not receive the amount of highlighting I expected. The final result did not meet my expectations, especially considering the cost of the service. I paid $229 for the appointment, plus a $48 tip, and the amount of highlighting completed appeared very minimal compared to what I have received elsewhere for a partial highlight. I have before-and-after photos documenting the results. I want to note that I previously visited this salon for lowlights with Isabelle and had a wonderful experience. She took her time, and I was very happy with the outcome. However, this appointment felt rushed, and the quality did not justify the price in my opinion. Perhaps this salon’s definition of a partial highlight differs from what I have experienced at other salons, but based on my research and past experiences, I expected considerably more coverage. Unfortunately, the results did not match my expectations, and because of that, I do not plan to return for highlight services. I have a vacation coming up and was counting on having my hair ready for the trip. Instead, I’ll now have to spend additional time and money having another stylist complete the highlights because the coverage I received was far less than what is typically included in a partial highlight. I also want to clarify that most of the blonde visible in my photos is from previous highlight appointments. My mids and ends were already blonde when I came in. The few brighter pieces visible near my part and around the top of my head are the highlights that were done during this appointment. I feel this is important to mention because the photos may make it appear that much more highlighting was done than what was actually completed during my service.

  We absolutely love this salon! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by a beautiful atmosphere that is both welcoming and relaxing. The salon is always spotless, well-maintained, and has a wonderful ambiance that makes every visit enjoyable. Chloe does an amazing job with my hair trim, wash, and style services. She is friendly, attentive, and consistently delivers fantastic results. I always leave feeling refreshed and confident thanks to her attention to detail and professionalism. We also can't say enough great things about Malia. As a curly hair specialist, she has completely transformed our teen daughter's curly hair journey. Not only does she do an incredible job revitalizing and caring for her curls, but she also takes the time to educate us on proper curly hair care and styling techniques. Her knowledge, patience, and passion truly shine through in her work. If you're looking for a clean, welcoming salon with talented stylists who genuinely care about their clients, we highly recommend this place. Chloe and Malia are both exceptional, and we couldn't be happier with our experiences!
