    My first experience was great. I typically go for a wash, blow dry, and trim. My other two experiences were a waste of time, money, and energy. My hair was poorly washed and over charged for not even half a service.

    I’ve been looking for a good hairstylist since mine moved over a year ago . Tried 2 places in Gardendale & was disappointed. Then I found out Penny’s had a Salon & got an appointment that same day . She did a “Stacked Bob” & It’s The BEST HAIR CUT I’VE EVER HAD ! Thanks Arlene @ JC Penny !
