After going to another nail salon and getting charged different prices for the same service (dips), I decided to try Queens. I regret it. The young girl did a decent job, I thought. Friday she did my nails, by Saturday 2 already started chipping & cracking. Monday, what I assume is the owner, a gentleman, happily fixed the 2 messed up nails. Another client came in while he was fixing my nails with them same issue, from the same technician. By Friday I had 2 more nails chipping, today is Sunday and I have 4 nails that look horrible! I probably could return and they might fix them, but I see no reason to ever return. My nails are such a mess!!

I had a very enjoyable time getting a pedicure. I love the new product line it is amazing and so soft. The hot rocks are really nice. I got a French pedi and it looks so good.
