- SHSusan Hodge4 days ago1.0If I could leave a negative I would just because Brian is very rude. He called my friends name however they were waiting on another person to cute their hair. Instead of saying okay he mouths off at them telling them they should have made note of who they wanted. Now they did make note of it when they checked in and I even asked another employee and she said yes the request is there. So Brain needs to read and keep his unnecessary remarks to himself!

Fully thought I'd walk out chopped cuz I know nothing about hair and never know what to ask for Y'all just ask for Ms Sherri. She's some kinda psychic, SO good with hair, had me in and out of that chair in about 15-20 minutes TOPS. And she's skilled too, never hesitates, just cuts and is always correct about it. STELLAR work, never going anywhere again for my hair Ur gonna get good stuff here, they aren't gonna do u dirty like SuperCuts, always trust Ms Sherri 💛

Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.
Can I request a stylist using Online Check-In?
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
