- TWTiffany WhiteheadJul 15, 20261.0The Dothan AL Sephora store has poor customer service. It’s mostly ran by young girls with no work ethic. They don’t care if they help customers. They are too busy gossiping with each other. I spoke with “Abby” today. She was not helpful. I asked for a sample of KayAli today. She told me I could buy a trial sized; and they don’t give samples due to COVID. “ I know that is clearly untrue. Samples don’t spread Covid. She also told me I could go to Dillards for samples. Her attitude, work ethic and appearance are less that professional for a beauty store. Sephora Do Better!

I proceeded to the counter with my items and the associate KK had the most unpleasant look on her face, did not greet me, did not even give me my total. Even slid my bag towards me when I was done. I kindly said, thank you have a nice day. This is the second time in 2 months with a very unpleasant associate.

I was hoping someone would assist me with finding products (I couldn't remember a lipstick brand I liked from there a few years ago) but instead someone who looked like a manager pointed me out to staff and had them follow me. Not one of the several employees greeted me or offered to help, even though it was very obvious I was waiting for their help. They just followed me until I left. Good customer service can also decrease theft, while actually helping the customer.
