- TSTonya SpiveyAug 22, 20261.0I have never been so insulted as I was today. I booked an appointment online with Wendy for a perm. I have always had curly hair but the aging process has made my hair less curly and I wanted to change that. Keep in mind I have never had a perm, bleach or anything else done to my hair ever and it is very long. Wendy first stated due to bleach damage to my hair and the condition that it was in, she would first need to do a treatment on it before the perm. I informed her that I have never had any process done to my hair, she wanted to argue with disbelief. If a hair stylist can’t determine natural hair (Medium Brown with natural highlights) from bleach/over processed hair, that in itself is a problem. Needless to say I left without any service because that was a huge no for me. My wonderful stylist moved away and I have been in search for another replacement, the search continues.
