- MZMisty ZavalaMar 18, 20251.0I have been with salon centric for about 10 years or more. Ordering supplies have become a NIGHTMARE. They have constant turnovers of employees. Order are wrong. We rotate who picks up because we are not close to the salon. I have expressed this frustration and was told to contact customer support. I've tried shipping on the app, ordering in the app, calling the store to order, and tried the store shipping as I was suggested by a previous store manager. Some I waited for 2 and a half weeks and the shipment was never sent. Service has become horrible.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
