  It was so awesome! The nurses handle you so gently and warn you before doing anything!!! I definitely recommend, I got my forward helix and I love it so much and had no problems coming here!!!

  My experience at Rowan was amazing. The shop was clean and bright. I was assisted by Cedric. He answered all my questions and clearly explained the process. He helped me pick jewelry and made some excellent suggestions for the piercing I wanted. The nurses were great as well and I left very pleased with my overall service. .

  I had an absolutely amazing experience at Rowan thanks to the ladies and Cedric! Everyone was incredibly knowledgeable about their piercings and earring products, and they took the time to walk me through exactly what I needed. They were able to fix my second piercings, which had been done horribly crooked by someone else a couple of years ago. Now they are perfectly symmetrical, and for the first time, I no longer feel the need to hide them! I was so happy with the results on how gentle and professional the entire experience was that I immediately booked my third-lobe piercings as soon as I could. I’ll definitely be booking my helix piercing next! This is the first time I’ve ever gotten an ear piercing without experiencing multiple healing issues afterward, and I couldn’t be happier. I’m so grateful to the entire team for making this such a wonderful experience. Highly recommend Rowan!

  I absolutely LOVE Rowan! Every time I stop in, everyone is so kind and helpful. I have to give a special shoutout to the Store Manager, Cedric, who goes above and beyond to ensure that every guest has a memorable experience. Rowan will forever have a customer in me!

  I genuinely cannot recommend Rowan enough!!! 😭💗 From the second I walked in, the entire studio felt so welcoming, professional, and comfortable. Everyone was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and clearly cared about making sure I had the best experience possible. Cedric helped me and was AMAZING. He was so patient, thorough, and reassuring, and you can tell he genuinely takes pride in his work. He made the whole process feel easy and comfortable, answered all of my questions, and made sure everything was perfect. I felt completely taken care of the entire time. The studio itself is beautiful, the staff are wonderful, and the quality of care is genuinely unmatched. I left SO happy with my piercing and already know I’ll be coming back for more. If you’re thinking about getting pierced, seriously GO TO ROWAN!!! You will not regret it. 💕✨ 10/10 experience!!!
