  If i was able to do half a star I would, I brought my daughter and son in to get their back to school haircuts that was a GIFT to us because we were unfortunately unable to afford a hair cut for them an they were long overdue. The lady who did my sons hair cut did exactly what was asked, maybe just a tiny bit too short. But the older woman who did my daughter's haircut completely butchered it. We asked for a A line hair cut and thinning the back out, she has extremely thick hair and has a hard time maintaining it. She told me she was going to thin it out but not the A line because it wouldnt look right with her hair. She basically gave my daughter a female mullet. She made the top of her crown all shorter then the underneath of her hair and then after we specifically asked her not to cut her facial frame except maybe a half inch trim she cut my daughters right side of her face frame shorter then the left by inches and it was very choppy and not good at all. We showed pictures for reference, we also were very clear on her problems with her hair and what was given was not what was asked for at all. I cant add a photo for some reason or I would do before and after photos

  I hadn’t gotten a trim or hair cut in over a three years, on top of that I had never had a deep conditioning done to my hair. Samantha was able to do all of these things, including a braid, and not only was she funny, beautiful, and gentle with my hair , she was also extremely knowledgeable and told me everything she was doing as she was doing it. I was fearful about any extra length to come off and she told me how much damaged and dead hair needed to be cut but that she was willing not to cut a lot. I ended up telling her to cut it all off, taking 4” off my DEAD hair. It was the right choice. But the fact she was willing to listen and give me an option, without pressuring me was wonderful. I took her advice and my hair feels extremely healthy and from this day on, I will be seeing her once a month to get my curly-girl hair care done by Samantha. She will be aiding me in my journey to get my curl pattern back after frying it for so many years. Thank you Samantha for the advice, care, time and love you put into your work. I feel like a new woman and I cannot wait until next time!

  We just ask, a simple ? Could you point in the right direction to the bathroom, I was told to ask someone else I'm closeing,I will never go to that salon in jc pennies again
