    Girl had a bad attitude. Left me with long patches on rhe back of my head. Hair looked the same as I went in on top even tho my record says half inch left on top. Didn’t want her fixing it because I was done with her all ready. Heavy set younger woman. My half inch to inch on the side fade was horrible and higher on one side of my head than the other. Had to go home and put a 7” guard on my clippers and buzz the top to fix it. Had to fix my fade the best I could. Now I’m wearing a hat for two weeks until it grows back out. Wish I knew that young ladies nam so I could blast her. I don’t care if you’re having a bad day at home. Leave it at home. I could hear it in your voice when you said “welcome to great clips” that you didn’t want to be there.

    Cassidy saved me! I had a horrible (expensive) haircut done at a supposedly nice salon that was so awful and the "pro" stylist only took 3 minutes to do I was in tears and Cassidy at THIS Great Clips fixed it for me. She really listened and took her time. She asked my permission for every step and impact. I'm a professor and I couldn't get up in front of my students looking so horrible like I did when I went in there today. Cassidy saved my life. She's a hero!
