A little snappy but decent enough I suppose. No she was actually cool though. Go here and give her money. She wants to buy a cow.

- JHJill HaakAug 11, 20251.0I brought my two sons in for haircuts. My youngest with autism went first. When the stylist called him over, she wasn't polite or welcoming at all. I don't know her name but I was watching her like a hawk to make sure she was nice to my son. She seen me doing this. As soon as my son sat down, the stylist yells to me "Ummm, I can't cut his hair. He has lice!" I get up (humiliated with costumers and staff staring at me) and check through his hair. He doesn't have lice. All he has is very mild dandruff. She said she saw a bug crawling. I asked her to show me this bug, she kept pointing to his scalp where there was no bug, just a freckle. She was so unprofessional about it and not polite at all. Maybe this supposed bug fell out of that giant black mustache on her face... Even IF there was lice (there was not), you don't treat people that way. Needless to say, my boys and I left and will never go back to that place again. My poor autistic son left so upset and embarrassed. When we got home, I checked his hair with a fine tooth comb and a bright light, and confirmed he does not have lice. I called the location and asked to speak to the manager. The one that answered said she was the manager and offered no apology and was rude. We will never visit any Great Clips location again. A complaint will also be filed with corporate as well.

The young lady (Gabrielle, maybe?)(long braids/extensions, braces, adorable)who cut his hair did an excellent job. She was very patient with him and kept up the small talk (they talked video games). He remained comfortable throughout, and afterward commented how much he liked her. And she gave him a beautiful clean fade! We drove from Bowie to Wichita Falls but there's a good chance we'll make that drive again if for no other reason than to get his hair cut at your salon.

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
