One checked in online after us, the other was a walk-in. They put both of them in front of us. We drove across town so we wouldn’t have to wait, and ended up waiting anyway. Why offer online check-in if they don’t honor it?!? Also, the haircuts weren’t what we were hoping for. They didn’t botch them or anything. But they also didn’t do what we asked. The stylists had no people skills and seemed to do the bare minimum. This has always been our favorite Great Clips location, but I’m not sure we will be back after this. At least not anytime soon.

I'll give five stars if everything goes well at the next one, but her ownership of her business and how she'd do anything to make a wrong situation right is incredibly rare, valued in me as a customer and a small business owner myself. She needs better stylists on her team, come work for her if you have talent! She wants the best!

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
