  I had a wonderful experience with Mrs Vi , she did an amazing job - I got a abc treatment that’s made my hair look shinier stronger and healthier. -followed by a light trim on my ends - price wise was very affordable .. I definitely will be going back for future services!

  Was not as pleased with custom facial as signature facial. Was expecting more than Signature and got less. No steam, no neck or shoulder massage that I normally get with past appts. It would be nice if the student would let us know whT they Re Applying as they go so we know whT to purchase or decline. Hoping for better results next time.

  My stylist was V. She has only been out of the class room for a week and was very professional. She told me everything she was doing and really wanted to make me happy. Miss V. called on the instructor when she wasn't sure about something instead of winging it and messing up my hair. I appreciated that! (I have very thin, fine hair) She was also very knowledgeable about the hair products they have there..I would go back to her any time!

  Brenly did a fabulous job!! She explained how all of the products she was using would benefit my hair, and I left with beautiful curls! The staff was also very kind and helpful! I already have my next appointment booked! I can’t wait to be back in Brenly's chair!

  I would describe my experience at TSPA as disappointing overall. The school feels sketchy when it comes to money — there’s a lack of transparency about where your tuition is really going, and additional fees seem to appear out of nowhere. The staff often treats students like children instead of aspiring professionals, which makes it hard to feel respected or taken seriously. If you’re considering enrolling, be aware that you’ll likely spend thousands of dollars essentially teaching yourself. The program is disorganized and managed improperly, with poor communication between staff, instructors, and students. There’s a clear lack of communication skills throughout the administration, which leaves students confused and frustrated more often than not. Overall, TSPA has potential, but without better organization, respect for students, and financial transparency, it’s hard to recommend this school to anyone serious about their education or career in esthetics or cosmetology.
