Mary did my mom's hair. I showed her a cut for a short bob, and she gave her a man's haircut. She gave her a Peter Pan cut. Patricia started washing my daughter's hair. I told her she had some buildup and some dandruff, and she started washing it. She called me over and she said Come look at this. She said Your daughter has lice, ooow and started showing me the dandruff in her hair. There were no lice. The white flakes came straight out of her hair, and I checked for lice; no lice. She left her there, dripping wet, and didn't even offer us paper towels. She then rushed off without washing her hands and started cutting someone else's hair. If she was so concerned, why didn't she wash her hands? I think she was upset because she hit my daughter's back on the sink when she let the chair go. We went into the bathroom to dry my daughter's hair because she was drenched, and my sister says the stylist was huffing and puffing and saying things in front of the customers about us using the facilities because of the supposed lice. Great Clips is a hit or miss these days. One day, you'll get a great stylist, but you'll have to pay for a blow-dry because you want to make sure the bob is cut right. You can't tell with wet hair, so you pay 35- 40 dollars just to make sure. The next time you get someone who is rude, then you get someone who can't cut hair. The first photo is what my mom wanted!
