  Please beware! Scheila and Tammy completely butchered both my daughters hair. Sadly, I'm seeing that in a lot of reviews now. Took them last week before they started school and they were embarrassed and didnt even want to go to school after. After already paying here and leaving, I had to pay over $100 to take them to someone who could fix it. They were even in complete shock and pretty much only could do one cut on one of my daughter's. It was about 2 inches on the top of her head. When I ran over and said, "Um, why is it so short?!" Scheila (who butchered my daughters hair WAY TOO SHORT) stated something like, " Oh, Well we're already in the process now. " and she didnt stop cutting it short as I was telling her too! It was NOT what my daughter asked for or what the picture looked like and she kept telling my daughter, " It is what you asked for, its what you wanted." "Well I think it looks good." My daughter felt uncomfortable and as she couldn't even speak up. I am pissed at myself for even paying and not just walking out and for them not caring about what I was saying! I was trying so hard not to cause a scene in front of my daughters and part of me regrets it because I can't believe they weren't taking me serious and still made me pay for those hideous haircuts. Thank you to the new salon that fixed it, they have a bunch of new customers now. I will never go back here, ever. Attached is a picture of what my daughter wanted and the pictures showing how hideous the cut is so we had to cut it super short to even fix it. It was an ugly mullet. My other daughter, that is her longest bottom length That was supposed to be a v-cut and it's not even straight, the hairdresser could not believe it. The next layer was so much higher than the bottom one. That one was done by Tammy and I even told her how bad the layers were and completely not straight. She redid it and just made it worse. I hate even saying something but I do not want this done to other sons or especially Daughters again. Scheila and Tammy did horrible jobs and didnt even care or try to fix it properly! Madelein did a good job on my boys tho.

  Made an appointment through the app supplied all my information on the app when I got to the business, the lady requested that I give my address. Why do you need my address just to get a haircut this is ridiculous. I left refused to give out any more personal information. All your haircutting places are getting out of control with requiring personal information just for a haircut . I ended up going to Supercuts and got a very good haircut for a good price.

  Maydean/Maddie took care of repair and trimming up my Bob that was definitely butchered before and she did an awesome job. My hair is finally cooperating and rests perfectly on my head! I really appreciate her.

  First pic is my haid prior to appointment. The lady(I wish I knew her name) who cut my hair on Monday completely chopped my hair up. She knew she messed up and kept cutting more saying oh there's where I went wrong except the fixing didnt do anything more. 2nd and 3rd pic is how I left the salon. Second pic is after going to JC Penny's and getting a real quality haircut but someone who tried to fix my hair without taking off more length but unfortunately we had to go for a bob. 4th picture is my hair now. Ladies its $20 more dollars to go to Jcpennys trust me you want to pay the money for a qualified stylist.

  This place is so amazing, Tammy was absolutely wonderful!! She did my daughter's hair and she did a phenomenal job!! We love Tammy and will continue to get all my family's hair done by her!
