She knew she messed up and kept cutting more saying oh there's where I went wrong except the fixing didnt do anything more. 2nd and 3rd pic is how I left the salon. Second pic is after going to JC Penny's and getting a real quality haircut but someone who tried to fix my hair without taking off more length but unfortunately we had to go for a bob. 4th picture is my hair now. Ladies its $20 more dollars to go to Jcpennys trust me you want to pay the money for a qualified stylist.

I went in for a hair cut and had to give not only my name and phone, but my address before they would take me. I said why the address? Attendant said new rules, bit they don’t do anything with it. Then why do they need an address? I can see asking for zip, to see how many local and non-local customers, but am certain there is an ulterior motive for asking for my address. I should have just walked out since this is a sensitive matter to me - I hate junk mail and have had companies sell mu address too many times. I went to GC website and wrote a complaint and the attendant said it was now required by GC. Got an automated reply that someone from the local store would contact me. That was a week ago. Have not heard from anyone.
