Our hair stylist never said that she would be unable to give him his haircut. Even with us being the only customers, there was no patience or decent customer service.

Literally have two huge lines in my head on the sides. She didn’t even try to blend it in and both sides are different lengths thickness and the height of the start of the fade horrible horrible I’m never going back and would never recommend her again

We went inside said good morning and was greated by a not very nice older lady that said we aren’t open yet we need to set up we had to go back out and get in our car. We left and went somewhere else. If you’re not gonna allow people to come in your business, don’t turn on the open sign and unlock the door. Get your stuff ready before you do all those things.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
