When she asked me to take her to get a cut of course I thought about this shop and my mom thought anyone in the establishment should be able to do a simple pixie cut. The hairdresser that she got was named Teresa. OMG this chick cannot cut hair! I was sitting in the lobby and I could see from my chair that she had chopped up my mother's hair! I went over to the cutting chair and voiced my concern and she immediately got an attitude with me and had a few excuses as to why it looked the way it did. 1. "There is a wave there and I can't do anything about it." 2. "It looks like that because of the 2 different colors of gray." 3." Well you might have to use a curling iron to get it to fluff." OMG is she not a hairdresser??? I saw her use the thinning sheers on my mom's head but didn't cut off any bulk. I don't get it. All I know is my mother's hair looks terrible!! I'm not sure if it can even be fixed. I am not happy with it and neither is my mother

I am terrible with names and I cannot remember the young lady's name who cut my hair but she has cut it before for me a few times. She is a tall blonde with glasses. She is an absolute gem. She was patient, kind and compassionate. She had me smiling before I knew it and genuinely cared about how I was feeling. She is amazing and I will continue to return to this location. I've always had a good experience here.
