Customer should get what they ask for and if one cannot do so then simply state it. Stylist stated needed to be done in sessions so hair will not damage. The ask has been done at other salons with the same amount of timeframe without damaging hair.

I will continue to come here for any future hair appointments! Just a note: they are a little pricey but you get what you pay for and I've never had a bad experience with them.
