Another young Hispanic male was there and was really nice and polite. I was relieved when I saw that the store mgr and Katrina were not there, they are just way too loud. And I can never truly enjoy my experience without having my conversations overflowing from thier conversations but it’s okay. Overall I’m happy with my expierence today with both your male stylist. - THEYRE AMAZING. KEEP THEMMM!!!! Hard to find good work nowadays especially talented ones.

- BLBrendon LamSep 15, 20251.0Absolute neophyte levels of work. Came in Saturday evening for a cut and came out disappointed. The barber was provided with multiple reference images, measurement specifics, and descriptions and still managed to misconstrue the desired cut. Far shorter than desired and couldn’t determine the difference of a gauze two and a gauze three razor while using said razor on the incorrect section of the haircut. Left multiple long hairs before customer correction and still left one side uneven compared to the other. Cutting itself was forceful enough that it required resistance to not have head pushed off to the side, along with dilettante level cutting technique along with having the gall to say the cut looked “better this way” when going too short. Such a poor performance is unbefitting of an establishment held(usually) in such high regards. Out of my two regrets, one being coming to this establishment, paying for such amateur work is the greater of the two. Unfortunately, my rating of experience can only be lowered down to a gracious one star. Would not recommend.
- SQSammi quachSep 13, 20251.0Took my son for haircut this evening. I specifically told the barber to leave front a little long. The barber cut my son hair extremely short and when I questioned it. He said he use the wrong size (2 instead of size 3). He tries to correct but end up cutting extremely short. Also, I also noticed the left said is longer than the right side. I am extremely disappointed and his haircut looks unprofessional and very ugly. I will not come back here. If I can rate less than 0 star, I would. Someone with this bad skill should not be allowed to cut anyone hair!!!

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
