I spoke with Melisa and she covered several things with me about bleaching my hair. Then we started the process!! This is the first time I've EVER done something like this with my hair and I had the BEST experience! Melisa was amazing and very helpful, friendly and nice! Everyone was intrigued because my hair is so dark and it took a MIRACLE for me to get the look I wanted. I'll definitely be back!
