- RPReannon POct 5, 20253.0Staff is usually friendly and hair comes out good, but when I book online they don't honor the prices and they don't do everything that comes with the price. They had a back to school special and they charged full price. They never shampoo and condition when it says it comes with the price. I don't mind the not blow drying because we have wavy/curly hair. I always tip, sometimes even 100%, but kinda sad that we may have to just go somewhere else.
