  I’m coming back to edit this review and I’m happy to be doing it!! I really didn’t want to go elsewhere for my hair cuts because over the last 5 years I’ve had plenty of good/excellent hair cuts at this great clips. It’s convenient, I like using the GC app, and 99% of the stylists do a good job. The low prices mean I can give a large tip too. I like to tip big for good service! After thinking about how much I didn’t want to go somewhere else I decided to call and ask about the policy for bad hair cuts. It was Saturday and I had really low expectations. I was fortunate and the manager answered. I’ve been there enough that we recognized each other quickly. She asked me to come in so she could fix my hair free of charge. I happily did so because she’s done a great job before. Turns out she has been recovering from major surgery since my issues started. The moral of the story is if you aren’t getting good service, ask for it. Nobody likes being called a Karen so asking for the manager is uncomfortable. I tried to look at it as asking for help (also hard sometimes) with a problem rather than just complaining. A manager’s job is to fix problems. They have to know what the problem is first though. I’m glad I chose to give her the opportunity to fix it because my hair looks great and I don’t feel the need to go elsewhere.

  This place never cleans you up. I always walk out with hair all over me. And they rush through to make sure their customer per hour looks good in their system.

  I took my son to get a haircut and had a horrible experience. My son is not good at explaining what he wants, so we showed the guy several pictures. Even though we showed pictures, he kept asking my son what he wants, after I sat down. My son likes his hair a longer on the top with a low taper fade but just hair out of his eyes. The guy cut straight across with the clippers but left 2 pieces on the side that resembled horns. Next thing I know my son is walking towards me and he's done. I pay and walk to the car and as I look closer I realized how uneven and unblended everything looked, and of course the horns. I walked back inside and asked the guy to fix it. I told him I couldn't let my son go to school like that. The guy was very offended. I showed him the same pictures and explained that he still had hair hanging over his ears and there was no fade. He said he didn't understand what we wanted. I explained that we showed him picture but yet kept asking my son more and more questions that he didn't know how to answer. The guy was like okay if you want it like the picture I'm going to do that. The guy calls me over when he's done and it still looked nothing like the picture. It was an Edgar cut and the blending looked a little better but was very choppy and not what we wanted. He started becoming very rude an unprofessional! He was like if you don't like it lets fix it but said everyone like his fades and he thought it looked good. At this point we had been there almost 2 hours and he was becoming more and more argumentative. I told him I didn't like the way he was coming at me. He responds by saying he didn't like how I called him out. Mind you, I wasn't rude about it and I kept telling him I'm sorry but we just don't like the cut. He seemed like his ego was damaged more than anything. The guy was literally shaking he was so mad. There were 2 other stylist there and I am sure one is the manager but no one intervened. Needless to say, we left and his hair is still all chopped up and not what we asked for. We will never return!

  Went for my son's hair cut and we were very happy with the outcome. He got to pick out the style and the lady went above and beyond. So happy with the experience.
