    I got my hair done today, I requested side swept bangs and a trim. I wanted to start cutting out my layers but instead Gus took off like 4-6 inches off my hair, made my layers even MORE prominent and gave me straight fringe. Not at all what I wanted and I even came in with a reference photo. I’m very disappointed because I’ve been trying to grow out my hair and now it’s much shorter than I wanted. If I try to have someone fix it to what I originally wanted I will have a long bob. 🥲 I will not be back. I wish I could just have a refund because I’m not having anyone try to fix my hair because I don’t want to lose anymore length than I have. I’m so disappointed and distraught. It’s so hard to find hair stylists to trust and now I’m just disappointed with a haircut that I didn’t want.

    My hair was chemically burned in December. I've been in there personally 3 times to resolve this; salon mgr just argues. It's damaged so bad that no other salon wants to touch it. I had 4-5 inches cut off, it was almost to my butt. Haircut did not resolve the damage. Olaplex has been used weekly, and nothing has changed. My hair is ruined.
