She listened to everything I asked for and even with my crazy curly hair she understood. She got me in and out quickly, and my hair looks great! I appreciated her kindness and professionalism. I will definitely be back.

I normally keep my hair a certain way and its quite obvious, and after telling them to clean me up with a little bit off the top, i did not expect the entire left and right side of my bangs to be bald spots after i left, looking like a avatar character. Its quite ridiculous since my haircut is more on the easy side, since i have long straight hair. The manager was the one who cut me and was completely distracted the whole time talking to an employee and running off and doing something, yet my hair takes no more than 7 minutes to trim up. I wont be visiting again and she can keep that 5$ tip i so gracefully gave her after the sob story of it being so busy.
