  As of today I still haven’t received a resolution. I called the 1-800 number vs getting a direct legitimate contact name and no. This is just a platform with no Action I will seek other resolution. Earlie Jones should not be doing natural hair!!! Or anyone else’s she wasn’t held accountable for her wrong doings! 3/223/25. Previous review I’m sharing this because I genuinely don’t want anyone else to go through what I went through. I walked into this salon with my natural, healthy, long hair — hair I was proud of, hair that took years to grow and care for. I trusted Earlie Jones, “Master Stylist,” and that trust turned into one of the biggest regrets of my life. In a single appointment, she destroyed my curl pattern. She thinned out my beautiful coils so badly that I didn’t even recognize my own hair afterward. The damage wasn’t minor — it was heartbreaking. It has been two years, and I am still trying to recover from what she did in just a few hours. This wasn’t just a bad hair day. It was the worst hair experience I’ve ever had, and it genuinely affected my confidence and how I felt about myself. What made it even more painful was the response from the salon. The management team stood behind her, dismissed my concerns, and offered no accountability. She continues to work there as if nothing happened. Her “35+ years of experience” meant absolutely nothing when it came to the care of my natural hair. I even filed a complaint with the cosmetology board, hoping someone would take this seriously — and they did nothing. No support, no resolution, no protection for future clients. So I’m speaking up. I’m warning others. I truly hope no one else ever has to experience the emotional and physical damage that I went through. My only goal is to prevent this from happening to someone else. I called per owners in reply email gave details on Monday and as of today no response. Actions speak louder than words!! Everyone who reads this do no invest in this Salon and spread the word about Earlie Jones her services are awful she should not be doing natural hair or anyone’s hair at all!! I will continue to spread the word until something is done to make sure she doesn’t ruin anyone else’s hair!! March 19, 2026. ---

  Always a pleasant experience. I love the shampoo which is very therapeutic, the finished product is always a head turner!

  Very pleasant experience, Covid-era friendly. Clients are well spaced out too avoid overcrowding even though the salon can easily handle a small crowd. Very good prices for professional services. Elaine is amazing!

  I wouldn't challenge them with anything too complicated. Messed up my hair the first time and got an appointment to fix it and it was wrong AGAIN I wanted purple and it came out a blue that faded to green. HUGE WASTE OF MONEY
