Not a complainer. I do not usually write a review unless I am blown away. I am pretty large guy 6’3 270, so I am usually disappointed with deep tissues not going hard enough. My wife and I did a 110 min couples massage. Christinas got hands!! Goes hard as you know what. Best DT I have ever received. She will definitely get the job done.

This place is amazing and everybody here was wonderful from The moment I walked in the door everyone that greeted me was awesome and I mean everyone my massage was wonderful. My face thingy I had done. I don’t even know what I had done, but it was wonderful amazing 80 minutes of pure Bliss each one of them.

I had the most fantastic Hydrafacial with Mele! She was so professional, kind, and knowledgeable throughout the whole experience. My skin has truly never looked or felt better. It’s clean, glowing, and hydrated. Mele took the time to explain each step and customized the treatment perfectly for my skin. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and loves what she does. I left feeling completely refreshed and can’t wait to book my next appointment!

Went in for couples massage and facial for the first time together we were absolutely BLOWN AWAY. Muriel’s scalp massage technique sent literal chills down my spine I was struggling to stay awake, Makayla’s hand massage was great & soothing!! After we had our massages with Jose &Aimee and both were phenomenal. I received the hot stone massage and deep tissue for my husband, 10 mins in we were both in serenity, we felt so comfortable with everyone’s professionalism and knowledge. My husband was asleep the whole time for both of our services, it was his birthday so we were treated to cute cupcakes along with our complimentary beverages. Absolutely amazing experience and will be back for more !

Making a reservation with Woodhouse The Woodlands
To ensure your preferred reservation time, it is recommended you schedule your spa experience with as much advance notice as possible, or at the conclusion of your last experience. You may reach us to book by phone at 832-920-5371.
We allocate our licensed spa professionals to have dedicated time for each guest, therefore, a valid debit or credit card is required to guarantee these reservations. All reservations require a card on file, including those with a gift card as method of payment.
All spa experiences are subject to availability. Menu service and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Credit cards are required to reserve all appointments, including those using gift cards. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Please bring a physical form of payment to the spa - credit/debit, physical gift card or the email of your egift card, or cash. We do not accept checks. We are unable to lookup gift card numbers to use in spa or charge gift cards to account. You must present the physical gift card or show the email featuring your egift card to redeem.
Before Your Arrive, Arrival Times, Check In Expectations, and Changing Lounges
To begin your spa journey in a relaxed state, we ask that you arrive AT LEAST 15 minutes prior to your scheduled reservation time if you are a repeat guest to Woodhouse The Woodlands.
For a new guest, please allow AT LEAST 30 minutes to accommodate completion of your guest profile and any pending intake forms. Intake forms are sent to each guest's email address before their first visit. If you do not see it in your Inbox, we kindly ask that you check Spam or Junk. Completing your intake form before your arrival will expedite your transition to relaxation.
After our concierge team checks you in after arrival, you will be escorted to the changing lounge where you may dress down to your comfort. We provide each guest with a thick, lush Woodhouse Spa robe, slippers, and a private locker. Your private locker will be reset with your own personal code.
Upon exiting the changing lounge, you will transition to our opulent relaxation room to await your service. Savory snacks and sweet bites, as well as beverages from spa water, champagne, mimosas, wine, beer or hot teas, are provided complimentary. Your spa professional will greet you in the relaxation room and escort you to receive your service promptly.
Delayed arrival will limit the time for your experience, reducing the effectiveness of your treatment(s), and the expectations of your visit.
In consideration of other spa guests, service time will not be extended for delayed arrivals, and the full price of your service will be charged. All cellphones should remain on silent with no phone or video calls inside the lounge or relaxation room to respect the ambiance of the spa and other guests.
All reservations automatically cancel ten minutes after the service begins and the full price of the service and or services will be charged. Please notify our staff if there are any special physical or medical needs they need to consider prior to your services (i.e. pregnancy, food or product sensitivities or medications).
We recommend that valuable items be left at home. Woodhouse is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
As a courtesy, you will receive a phone and email confirmation of your reservation prior to your arrival. A voicemail will be left if we are unable to connect with you by phone. Confirmation calls are made 72 hours in advance.
Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule your reservation(s), a 24-hour advance notice is required for one appointment.
A 72-hour advance notice is required for any spa packages, multiple treatments and/or services lasting 2 or more hours. Insufficient notice to cancel or reschedule reservations are subject to charges up to full service value.
All no show reservations and same day cancellations will be assessed a charge at full value of services.
Spa Parties are subject to terms of agreement for cancellations.
Woodhouse Woodlands Age Requirements and Minors Receiving Treatments
Minors may only receive facial, massage, and nail services following written parental/legal guardian consent.
The parent/legal guardian must remain in the spa at all times while minor is receiving treatment.
Parent/guardian may wait in the lobby or the relaxation room if they are not receiving treatments. The parent/guardian is not required to receive treatment, but must remain in the spa if minor only is receiving treatment.
Parent/guardian must consent for minor to receive services in separate treatment rooms. We will offer availability for the same (Duet) room when both parent/guardian and minor are receiving services.
Minors must be over the age of 12 to receive massage and must receive massage by spa professional of the same gender only.
Minors must be at least 12 years of age to receive facial services. We recommend our Soothe and Hydrate Facial or Purifying Detox Facial for our minor guests. Minors may receive the following facial treatments - Advanced Lift & Sculpt, Skin Barrier Renewal, Firm and Renew, Repair and Revive, Microcurrent, Microchannel, or peels.
We kindly ask that only guests receiving services accompany you to the spa. Woodhouse does not offer child care.
Parent/guardian may not "sit in" while minor is receiving services and minor may not "sit in" while parent/guardian receives services. We will offer the Duet room for you to receive services and be together if you desire.
Woodhouse The Woodlands will cancels services and offer to reschedule if any other minor children are brought to the appointment. Your appointment cancellation may be subject to cancellation fees charged to the card on file.
Minors may not be left unattended in the lobby, changing areas, or other areas by themselves.
Minors must be accompanied by parent/guardian before, in between, and after treatments.
Minors under the age of 18 receiving services must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian in all areas of the spa, including but not limited to the Locker Room, Quiet Room, and Retail/Lobby area.
Minors, even siblings, who are not receiving services are not permitted to attend appointments or wait in the relaxation room, private changing lounges, or sit in during any service in the treatment room.
Woodhouse Spa reserves the right to limit and/or prohibit services for minor guests.
Woodhouse The Woodlands will not perform the following for guests under the age of 18: any advanced facial services including peel, body treatments, including all Vichy shower and all tub treatments, body scrubs, wraps, or any packages that contain the above-mentioned prohibited service.
Woodhouse The Woodlands reserves the right to adjust this policy at any time.
Spa Payments, Gratuity, and Gift Cards
Payments are accepted in the form of Cash, most Major Credit Cards and Woodhouse Spa Gift Cards.
Woodhouse Gift Card contain monetary value which may be used to purchase products and services at face value. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. The gift card must be presented at time of purchase and the available balance will be applied to the transaction.
Prices vary by spa and are subject to change without notice. All appointments require a valid credit or debit card to hold the reservation, in coordination with our booking and cancellation policies, including appointments using gift card(s) as payment. Physical payment of the gift card(s) must be present.
Spa locations are individually owned franchises solely responsible for any and all gift card liabilities at their respective locations. Redemption of gift cards are subject to certain restrictions and expirations set by each spa location or state regulation.
Should any gift card be redeemed at another location, the card will be redeemed at face value. Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash.
Any unused balance will remain on the card. Gift cards are not transferable.
Woodhouse is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorized use of the card. No expressed or implied warranties apply. Gratuities are not included in the value of the services and are at the discretion of the guest.
Woodhouse Retail Boutique Returns
In the event you are not satisfied with a skin or body care product, you will be given spa credit if the product is returned within 30 days of purchase with a receipt.
For other retail items, a refund will be issued as spa credit or back in the form of which payment was received within 30 days of purchase with original receipt.
Parking at Market Street
We recommend parking in the Market Street parking garage or behind the spa. Front row retailer street parking is paid and metered by Market Street. If your meter is inoperable, please contact Market Street Concierge in the Market Street Courtyard. We do recommend avoided the HEB parking area as it is dedicated for HEB grocery shoppers and they do tow. We want your vehicle and personal belongings to be safe. Market Street is very busy during evenings, weekends and on all holidays. Please plan additional time for parking to ensure your prompt arrival inside the spa.
