Always love this place. Very consistent and great customer service and their lounge always adds to the relaxing experience. The add ons tend to get pricey on their services, but I’ve loved every service I’ve gotten from here and will continue coming on a regular basis. For a facial- Muriel is the best, by far. She is super knowledgeable on skincare products needed for YOUR skin care needs and doesn’t try to push things on you. She is also super sweet and always does a fantastic job!!

My mom had a great experience for the service but when you pay for something that expensive, you expect top notch service and that was not given by the front desk staff. The management acknowledged the miss but I would rather support small business further forward and really upset that for what I paid, the birthday surprise was ruined, she was bothered at checkout about her bill, and I contacted them 3 times prior to the appt to make sure everything would be perfect and told it would be.

Overpriced, underwhelming experience. Rushed services. Will not be returning. The “relax room” is the only “amenity”. No sauna, no steam, no pool/bath… this place is essentially an over priced elements massage with a changing room and a room full of chairs. Absolutely astonishing that people are paying double what the treatments should cost when they aren’t even getting access to any real amenities whatsoever. If you’ve never been to any spa ever, you might be none the wiser and love it, but if you’ve been to a real spa even one time, woodhouse will definitely disappoint. Changing room- so uncomfortable. The lockers are all shoved together into a space the size of a closet. Since they book concurrently, everyone is trying to get into lockers at the same time! When I was arriving and when I was leaving, I had to stand and wait for multiple people to be done with their locker to even be able to reach mine. And if you’d like to change with privacy, or use the toilet, you’re waiting in line again because there’s only two! Massage- speaking of elements, I’ve had better massages at elements than this “50 min Swedish massage” (at a fraction of the cost!!!) Another review mentioned it was similar to a rub down with lotion… no actual massage took place. When there was actual pressure used, he literally wasn’t moving his hands at all, it was like he was holding certain pressure points (which is not traditionally part of a Swedish massage, kneading, tapping and strokes would be acceptable but not stationary hands on a single point) seemed like he was trying to do the least amount of work possible. I’m honestly wondering if they even require there “professionals” to even be licensed. Facials- I was there with 4 other people, 3 of which got facials and they raved about their treatments! But not sure I would dress down to a robe for just a facial- again, zero amenities there that require you to disrobe, unless you’re getting a massage there’s zero reason to undress… So mind blowing that they call this a spa. Lastly, get ready to be pushed to buy all the products they use on you. I didn’t experience as much of the product push as the girls who got facials but when you are checking out there will be something they want you to buy, after you’ve paid 100-150% more than you should’ve paid for your original service.
