The haircutter Katrina seemed to just want to rush me out and messed up both the front of my hair and the sides to a point I had to tell her what electric razors to use and how. I even had to walk back in after leaving and seeing my reflection of my chopped up sideburns and I still left with them and my windows peak disproportionate. I hesitated even in writing this review as I don't enjoy bringing people down but this was unacceptable for 19.00 plus a customary 5 dollar tip.

To start with, she styled my hair on the opposite side, and I didn’t notice because she had me facing away from the mirror. From there, everything went downhill. She had to cut way too much hair to fix her own mistakes. On top of that, she kept coughing right on my back and head, and the smell of cigarette smoke was overwhelmingly strong. By far, the worst haircut experience of my life.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
