I went in for a lash lift, and my lashes looked cute the first day. I followed the aftercare instructions and did not get them wet, but by the second day my lashes started going in different directions and no amount of combing could fix it. I waited, thinking it would improve, but it didn’t. When I went back a few weeks later, they told me they weren’t sure what to do and even tried looking up solutions online. They said they would get back to me, but I never heard anything. After I reached out again, they told me there was nothing they could do and that I would just have to wait for my lashes to correct themselves. I ended up going to another place, and they told me it was an easy fix and completely fixed my lashes. I was also told that issues like this often come down to training. Because of my experience, I wouldn’t recommend coming here for a lash lift.
