  I had an incredible experience here! The atmosphere was so calming, and the service was truly exceptional. A huge thank you to Caroline and Hailey—your attentiveness was spot on and made the visit so much better. ​I also loved the little store inside! They have a wonderful selection of oils and creams that I’m really enjoying. Highly recommend!

  Hands down one of the best massages I have ever had. Liz was phenomenal I went in with a pinch in my shoulder and walked out feeling like jelly. She was extremely professional and attentive to the areas I needed work on whilst also being so amazing in making the environment relaxing by decreasing the volume of the music when I mentioned it and offering to turn on the bed warmer if I got cold. If I could afford it I would see Liz every week! Cannot thank her enough!

  I had a fantastic experience from walking in to out. Five stars for the massage therapist Krystle! The atmosphere is so relaxing, clean, and inviting. Krystle listened perfectly to what I needed and tailored the massage to fit. I felt amazing afterward and will definitely be back.

  They really aim to make you comfortable, remove tension, and relax from start to finish here! I have come here for massage therapy for years. I have seen different therapists over the years and they were all friendly. Of those, I did see several of them more consistently for years at a time. Each therapist has their own areas of strengths, and all encouraged feedback if you need them to adjust from what is initially discussed during intake each visit. The management here has been very consistent and continues to expand the spa and retail in desirable ways. The new facial service is a great add on, and the aesthetician is also knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They also have added red light therapy and a sauna, but I have not tried those services yet. I would recommend Stillwater Spa if you are looking for a laid-back, approachable massage and facial service.

  Changes since the spa became independent versus franchise regulated have impacted managerial service. As a four-year member with an amazing massage therapist, my very direct questions to management on pricing were met with an unsatisfactory tone and comments fitting for personal relationships, rather than the nature of my contractual business with a professional service provider. My last visit was met with physical intimidation by manager's husband. Absolutely unprofessional, unsafe for female clientele, and unacceptable for a relaxing spa or any service oriented business.
