  Went for the first time today and the customer service was amazing! Massage was perfect and they communicated thoroughly the whole time. 10/10 recommend!

  I will say the spa is beautiful, the staff was so kind, the experience was really lovely. I went in to get a massage, the totally upsold me on a scalp massage, and then the red light therapy. They used tea tree and jojoba oil for the scalp massage and then did the red light treatment afterwards. When I got home I washed my hair and it felt a little odd like noodles and my scalp was itchy. By the morning I had red bumps along my hairline and scalp, my hair has been nonstop shedding, the ends of my hair are like crunchy like they’ve been burned and the top is greasy, and the dandruff is horrible. I was told by my stylist that my hair is now damaged because they probably didn’t dilute the tea tree oil well enough and then did a read light treatment!! Apparently this is something you should NEVER be doing. I called the spa requesting a refund and the owner simply told me I need to stop by so she could look, she didn’t apologize, or even take accountability. She just kept saying “I’ve never had anyone have that reaction.” I told her I would not be stopping by. I wouldn’t recommend this place which is too bad because the staff were truly lovely.

  Had a great experience with my lymphatic drainage massage! I will be back again for sure. Very friendly staff. 10/10 recommend.
