Unfortunately they paired me with a student without my knowledge or approval. Once I realized - it was too late. The haircut is completely uneven and just weird. All is asked for was a 3 and half an inch off and a box in the back. I did try to correct them but gave up. Waste of my time and money. My wife and I won't be back and now I have to go get a 2nd haircut somewhere else.

Tip is always a customer discretion and not to be forced and depend on how satisfied a customer is with the service. I think there needs a better education to the employee.
