I went in when they were doing an offer of 6 for $60. Walking out with what I assumed was my correct make-up purchase. I was sold a foundation and misinformed about my makeup that was not to my convenience. I went back the same day. The staff gave me the wrong product, and when I brought it up with Sylvia, the manager, I was met with attitude and rudeness. Telling me all sales were final, no refunds, and no exchanges unless if it was damaged/malfunction. Despite pointing out the mistake and going back and forth over this simple issue, I was still not being listened to, and I was in the end pressured into purchasing a foundation in the wrong shade. This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. I will not be coming back if they have this type of staff. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve their service and check their staff thoroughly.
