  Best place to goto! They cut my hair up nice and quick. I went everywhere and this is the only place that can get my hair cut right.

  Nobody was getting a haircut. The place was empty. Went in at 5:32. The women at front desk said she couldn’t cut my hair because they were closing. Can’t give a fade in 28 min!?? 🙄

  I usually don’t get a hair cut by anyone other than my barber, but he wasn’t available and I had an event was attending and decided to give the JCPenney salon a try. I’m so glad I did because the stylist Senice Bowman greeted me as soon as I walked through the door. I told her that I needed a hair cut and shave for my event that evening and she said she would have me looking great. When I saw myself in the mirror after my cut and shave, I looked and felt like a new and refreshed man. Thank you Senice.

  Very unprofessional, bad language, didn't serve me as I asked, charged for a haircut that I didn't get. I won't go back.
