I loved the customer service when I got there they were helping out a customer but they kept reassuring me that they will be right with me! Once I got help KIM was very kind and patient and answered all my questions! Kim was the only one there at the time and receive two other customers and was able to help all of us since we looked for the same products. Kim was very professional and sweet and took care of me quickly! Amazing customer service!

I went to get a foundation and I told her that I have very sensitive skin so she could suggest me product that was made for sensitive skin. The sales person without asking questions or suggesting me anything straight up told me that I should not be wearing any makeup and that i should not be here. I felt like she didn’t want to help me and felt very insulted. Have never experienced something like this before. Worst customer service ever.
