    The only staff that I love is Marcus. He is the only one that goes above and beyond to help customers including myself. He always makes sure that foundations, concealers, and other makeup colors match with my face. He also takes his time and does not rush. I had other employees helping me today and I literally went to 3 people and all of them give horrible customer service. First of all, I wanted to get the huda color corrector however, I was unsure of what shade to get. The first lady I asked did not see what color worked best for my face meaning she didn’t do a color comparison. She just looked at my face and said “Oh the Lychee or Peach light is your color”. I went to look at those colors and did not look like it matched me whatsoever. So, I went to another lady that was an employee to get a second opinion and she gave me answers that were completely different. This time I agreed with her judgement and she tested it on my hand. Then I tried looking for that shade which was Cherry Blossom in the mini size. I couldn’t find it so again I went to another employee to help me find it. She just looked at the area and said nope there’s none. She didn’t try to see if it was in stock or if it was in the cabinet underneath the buds products. Fortunately, I went to the Sephora App and it said the mini Cherry Blossom color corrector was in stock. I looked at all the colors again and was able to find it BY MYSELF. It was hidden all the way at the bottom. The service at this Sephora needs to get much better. Thank you Marcus for always giving such good service.

    Phyllis was definitely giving "manager" in ALL THE BEST WAYS. So good! My daughter was having a rough day, having lost all of her Sephora items she had JUST gotten that afternoon for her birthday. She was practically in tears the whole rest of the afternoon, so, we went back to buy one replacement. Let me tell you - Miss Phyllis made my daughter's birthday so much better!! My daughter left with a huge smile thanks to Phyllis. Thank you, from the bottom of our birthday hearts.

    Worst location I’ve been to. Employees were busy talking and mocking customers instead of helping. Asking a simple question felt like a burden to them. We’re paying full price — basic respect and customer service shouldn’t be too much to ask. This has happened multiple times, so it’s clearly a pattern. I’d recommend going to another location.

    Went to get shade matched today and Angelica was so incredibly helpful. She took her time-we probably went through 6 shades before we settled on one that didn’t look ashy. I really appreciated that she didn’t try and rush. I did go on Tuesday and not the weekend. So that also helps.
