I went in on Friday and said I wanted a cut, not short or pixie, but shaped and something easier to manage. She butchered my hair! It looks like a 5 year old cut it. It's uneven, with a gap on one side. The back is super short with uneven choppy edges. Her attitude was.. well, at least your hair grows fast. I paid $60.00 for a haircut. She lost a customer!
