- TDTina D6 days ago1.0Staff needs to be more friendly and approachable. The short black guy asked me if I needed help and I said I’m okay and he then looked me up and down and looked at my purse. I’m literally just swatching products. This store always makes me feel uncomfortable like I’m stealing something.

Last week I went to this location to order a refill for my Burberry Goddess perfume I asked the guy if I should ask the cashier to order it for me he said he can. While we step aside to order the refill in while I was updating my information I can just sense he had attitude as we were about to check out on their checkout mobile device I told him multiple times I want to use my points to use my $20 towards the perfume he kept ignoring me kept asking for my card when I was planning to use Klarna I told him I’m planning to use my Klarna on my phone he immediately said no I need your physical card. I said okay never mind I don’t want to get it he just rolled his eyes shrugged his shoulders I walked out. Today I went back to this location to get the perfume I want told them which one when I got home to open the bottle I’ve noticed they gave me the wrong perfume. Now I’m definitely going to another location to do exchange. I work in retail myself but the employees here aren’t the best!

I went looking for Danessa Myricks and found myself snubbed. Luckily I was greeted by a nice man in perfumes who was more than willing to help me. Since my shade wasn't in stock I skipped the option to buy in store though. No sense giving credit where it wasn't due.
