She took the fade super high on my head since she couldn't keep a line and essentially left me bald on the sides of my head. I later called to ask for the manager's phone number and the hairstylist intentionally gave me a wrong phone number. I went back to the store and got the number of regional manager Dawn, who assured me this would be looked into and offered me my next haircut free via text. I never received a text message from her as promised. Honestly, save yourself from a bad haircut and just pay a bit more for a high quality haircut. Lesson learned.
