This last time I fixed it myself at home. Not calling anyone out and will go again. But wish they would take some time and not rush me out. When I get there there were 4 stylist and then 3 of them disappeared to the back and I had to wait 20 more minutes. The stylist that called me asked me if I wanted a haircut and I said yes and proceeded to tell her what I wanted done, which she didn't do. I specifically asked for clippers to be used, which she didn't do and got rude when I asked her not to cut my bangs. I have addressed this twice as a complaint through corporate with a promise to be contacted by someone at the salon and still haven't been contacted. Very bad service and horrible haircut and a total waste of money.
