She does an amazing job with my hair—she’s precise, professional, and really takes pride in what she does. I always leave feeling great about my haircut. What makes the experience even better is how easy it is to talk with her. Every visit turns into a nice conversation where we end up chatting nonstop, sharing experiences and stories, which makes the time fly by. It’s not just a haircut—it’s a genuinely pleasant visit. Haircut is uneven wanted layers got uneven layers one side is much shorter than other side wanted face framing layers that is definitely what I didn’t get, the lady I had couldn’t style hair worth a darn. My hair is so messed up now, this is why I don’t trust anyone with my hair anymore. I spent a total of maybe 15 minutes in her chair, mind you I have long hair so I expected to pay a bit more but what I paid for is not what I got. I didn’t realize how bad it was until I washed it myself and tried to style it myself. I will not be going back here. I need to get it fixed but I sure won’t be going back to the lady who messed it up. By the way I spent $60 on a severe mess up. Update I had to go to one of your competitors to get what I wanted.

Or, like today, it starts at about 70 minutes, slowly counts down to about 20 minutes, then jumps to 90+ minutes. Also, they checked me in, even though I'm not there, so I can even cancel it. They need to fix whatever is wrong with the system at this location.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
