It honestly just felt like they were having a bad day, but that's not an excuse to go rogue & make my day worse too. I had to get a friend to trim it after & try to save it...

I've had three different artists work on my hair and i've come out satisfied every time! This time, in particularly was perfect for christmas! I wish I got her name but amazing artists, overall! Great attitudes, clean store, and friendly customers ❤️
