The last time I took my son to get a haircut, a lady named Karen mentioned that she cuts women's hair well and that I should consider visiting her in the future. I was due for a slight trim and She did a remarkable job and my new haircut looks amazing. I used to believe that "Visible Changes" at the Woodlands Mall were fantastic until I gave Karen a try. I strongly recommend visiting Great Clips before spending outrageous money at Visible Changes. Thanks Karen for the new haircut!
- NCNicholas ChuckOct 29, 20251.0If I could leave zero stars, I would. I’ve been to great clips many times. This is one of the worst stores I’ve been to. I asked if they know how to cut coiled hair they told me yes and my hair felt like an experiment. They did everything but the right thing. They did not have any picks and told me that I should’ve comb my hair before coming, which I did but they didn’t know how to comb, my hair is really curly and tooth combs don’t just don it. they gave a lot of impression of not knowing what to do. I would’ve preferred being bald than what I received. I kept telling them not to cut more of my hair and they drastically shorten it from what it originally was. One of the ladies told me it’s not a salon that specializes in my type of hair and though I appreciate the honesty I would’ve preferred the notice ahead of time. Saying it’s a Hit or miss does not help the situation. The blending was novice level and they ended patting my hair and told me to use the pick I have at home to comb it. I strongly recommend if you have coiled hair, not to come to this location try another great clips. Line up was horrendous I think she gave up on it cause there’s no difference.
