The stylist said she confused him for another customer based on his Phone number?! And that person had notes in their check in app. But my father specified he when he sat in the chair he only wanted it cut to above the ears and off is collar in the back. After she realized what she had done she still charged him and offered absolutely nothing for completing humiliating him. oh sorry, there was a $5 discount. I did speak to the Manager today and was able to get a complete refund. My father was so upset at the time he just wanted to get out of the store so he paid and left. The refund is not really the point though. It is a week and a half before Thanksgiving and he is so embarrassed he is refusing to go to family Thanksgiving. Be careful when you choose the location they don't listen to the customer in their chair and treat you like your feelings and wants do not matter.

With no prior notes on my usual cut the ladies here were great at communicating with me and figuring out what I needed. Good conversation with down to earth people and an even better cut. Michelle did a great job! She even gave me a couple solutions to the struggle finding healthy shampoos made for men too, with all the toxic products out there, she was able to give me a couple affordable brands with products that are healthy for hair. All around good experience.
