- DRDarla RyanSep 21, 20251.0I hate to give a one star because I love Andrea, Sandy and the other girls that work here. I have been taking my kids here for years and have never had an issue. Everyone is always so friendly, so my one star is definitely not for them, it’s for my experience today. It started off when she told my son to come to her chair. My son said, “is Ms Andrea here, momma, ask if she is.” I was a little nervous because Tracy was giving us a stare like, “come on.” I told my son to just go, but he said, “ please, just ask if she is here.” I asked and they said she was. I apologized to Tracy and told her it was no offense, it’s just we always have Andrea cut his hair. She said, “I ain’t offended, I know I’m a star.” I thought that was kind of tacky,” but then my son went to go sit down with Andrea. Right behind Andrea was another girl and she had a customer and was cutting his hair and talking and going about her business. Well, apparently, when she swung the cape around to put it on the guy, the cape hit her face, I guess so she said. So, Tracy started yelling at the girl in front of everyone. The poor girl was like, I didn’t do anything and Tracy was like, “you hit me in the eye with that cape, that’s assault.” She kept going off on her and yelling and attitude. Mind you, I’m sitting there with my little girl, who is now scared and my son is sitting right behind that. I was actually a little worried him sitting there. And the other girl just kept cutting the guys hair and acting like everything was great and talking to the guy like nothing happened. Everyone cutting hair just acted like nothing happened, almost like they know to just stay out of it bc she may go off on them too. I feel bad they all have to deal with her. Everyone there is so nice besides this new girl. Meanwhile, Tracy stood behind the counter, right next to the girl cutting hair and just mean mugged stared at her practically the whole time, which I have a video of. It was like she was trying to scare her. My daughter asked if we could go to the bathroom. We went in there and she said, “I don’t really need to go. I just wanted to come in here because it’s so awkward and I’m scared.” When we came back, my daughter was hiding behind the counter. She’s 9. All of that was just all uncalled for. I have never seen her before so I assume she’s new, but if this is what goes on here, and she stays there, I don’t think I can go back. She skurs me!

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
