Haircut is uneven wanted layers got uneven layers one side is much shorter than other side wanted face framing layers that is definitely what I didn’t get, the lady I had couldn’t style hair worth a darn. My hair is so messed up now, this is why I don’t trust anyone with my hair anymore. I spent a total of maybe 15 minutes in her chair, mind you I have long hair so I expected to pay a bit more but what I paid for is not what I got. I didn’t realize how bad it was until I washed it myself and tried to style it myself. I will not be going back here. I need to get it fixed but I sure won’t be going back to the lady who messed it up. By the way I spent $60 on a severe mess up. Update I had to go to one of your competitors to get what I wanted.

Or, like today, it starts at about 70 minutes, slowly counts down to about 20 minutes, then jumps to 90+ minutes. Also, they checked me in, even though I'm not there, so I can even cancel it. They need to fix whatever is wrong with the system at this location.
