    Worst customer service ever. I was there on Wednesday and was excited to shop but the energy of everyone working there was very judgy and dismissive. No one spoke to me, they just walked past and stared. Especially the young white girl with blonde hair and the Mexican looking lady with dark hair. I looked around a few times hoping someone would come assist me, but they all just kept staring at me like I was doing something wrong. It was the weirdest feeling. And then the security guy was following me sometimes. This place made me feel like I was some sort of suspect when I genuinely was there for a good shopping experience and to spend my money with them. I’ve never experienced this at any other Sephora ever. I was dressed nicely and well put together as I had just came from my corporate job so it couldn’t have been that as an excuse. I would never go back here and I don’t recommend anyone else to. Everyone there needs to be fired and definitely not working in a customer service role.

    I had such a great experience at Sephora thanks to Syd who helped me with my foundation match. She took the time to really look at my skin tone and explained my undertones, which helped me understand why certain shades work better for me. She matched my color perfectly and also gave me helpful makeup tips along the way. She was so kind, patient, and knowledgeable. You can tell she truly enjoys helping customers feel confident. I really appreciated her help and the great service she provided. Sephora is lucky to have her!

    I had such a great experience here and really wanted to recognize Syd for her amazing service. I came in about 30 minutes before closing just looking for one product to help cover a breakout, and Syd took the time to walk me through everything — how to apply products, the differences between brands, and what would actually work for my skin. She was patient, knowledgeable, genuine and never made me feel rushed even though it was close to closing time. I ended up leaving with 12 items when I originally came in for one, just because her recommendations were that sincere. This was honestly the best experience I’ve had at Sephora (or any makeup store). Syd made me feel confident and excited about makeup again. I’ll happily drive from Plano to Southlake just to shop here because of her.

    I am a rouge customer who has spent a lot of money at Sephora over the years. This location is making me reconsider. I went in to return some items the other day, the cashier was rude to me and told me that I was returning too many items, and took ages to do so while she was scrutinizing me. Meanwhile, they don’t do samples and tell you to just return an item if it doesn’t work out. So how am I supposed to get the right shade if I’m being consistently color matched off and now can’t return items without being talked down to? It’s upsetting to get this kind of treatment after being a loyal customer for years, and I’m thinking of switching to Ulta permanently.
