  Im so disappointed that racism still exists. I like this location because they’re always stocked up, usually the staff asks if i need help and the girls are nice, but i went on 11/04 a white young girl who was checking me out was super rude, didn’t greet didn’t even ask me if i wanted to use my discount, looked so uninterested, i clicked on the “lookup my sephora credit card account” and she said “oh thats for credit card by the way” i said yes can you lookup my account, she gave me a judgy looks and said “you have a credit card?” i said yes like i was spending $150 im a frequent shopper at sephora like can i not own a credit card with sephora? I had a long day was already exhausted and her attitude was so bad she was so rude, i ended up just paying with my other card cuz i wanted to get out of there, probably not going back ever and i know sephora isn’t gunna take any action on this but just wanted to put it out there

  This is my go-to Sephora because they carry all the high-end makeup brands I love and wear, especially my favorite Gucci lipsticks. The staff is always helpful, and I can usually find exactly what I'm looking for. That said, the store is always crowded. On weekends, it can be overwhelming trying to move around with the amount of people inside, especially when groups of teens are hanging out and testing everything. It's a tight space for the volume of shoppers they get, and it can feel a bit claustrophobic at times. On top of that, the constant mix of fragrances being sprayed can give me a headache, so I've learned to avoid peak hours. I usually stop by mid-day during the week or later in the evening when things calm down a bit. It's Sephora, so the crowds are expected, but this location would really benefit from a little more breathing room. Still, it's my favorite spot for my go-to beauty staples, just not on a Saturday afternoon. The staff always ask if I need help, and most times I don't, but they're always around to assist.

  Love it here! The employees helped me I wish I got their names just a little bit crowded they give really good recommendations for all different skin types.

  I just returned from this store, where I was hoping to find a particular foundation. One associate asked if I needed assistance, and I asked for the Giorgio Armani aisle. From that moment until I left the store in frustration 15 minutes later, not another associate asked if she could help. I had questions about other brands, and four associates were too busy visiting together at the front of the store to help. There weren't that many other customers, so it wasn't as if they were overwhelmed with work. This isn't the first such experience at this Sephora, and I've tended to shop elsewhere, but the nearby Ulta doesn't carry Giorgio Armani makeup. A mostly empty store and associates unwilling to help the few customers on site don't bode well financially for this particular location. I won't return.
