    Visited this store today and I will not be back. I asked to be color matched for concealer and the associate walks away to assist another customer. I asked for a recommendation for eyelashes and received a this is all we have. Not helpful at all. We were treated as if we were a bother.

    I went in today. Rouge customer (aka, I have spent way too much money with this company). I was having a rough time and it took everything for me to leave the house. During my visit, I observed that the line was instructed by staff to extend through the aisle where I was comparing products, leaving me no room. To maintain convenience, I moved to the area with mirrors, which was unobstructed and not sectioned off. The manger rudely came over, kicked me out and sectioned it off stating it needed to be kept clean for beauty services. Ok... No staff offered assistance during this process. I have been booted out of an isle and now cannot use the mirrors. Literally a minute later a staff member opens up the section to do her makeup and look at her phone (so much for keeping the area clean) and a customer goes to the area I was kicked out of and goes through her bags and receipts. The manager did not care. I guess it's fine if you fit the Sephora "if you look rich, we are happy to serve, otherwise we will treat you like trash." To the manager (you know who you are): You were rude, abrasive, judgmental, and the reason I will not be shopping with Sephora again. Your entitled attitude reflects a person who should not be in customer service. How about you work on the expired items on your shelves instead of profiling customers?
