  I had such a great experience here and really wanted to recognize Syd for her amazing service. I came in about 30 minutes before closing just looking for one product to help cover a breakout, and Syd took the time to walk me through everything — how to apply products, the differences between brands, and what would actually work for my skin. She was patient, knowledgeable, genuine and never made me feel rushed even though it was close to closing time. I ended up leaving with 12 items when I originally came in for one, just because her recommendations were that sincere. This was honestly the best experience I’ve had at Sephora (or any makeup store). Syd made me feel confident and excited about makeup again. I’ll happily drive from Plano to Southlake just to shop here because of her.

  I’m giving you one star for choosing to host the Huda Beauty brand. Huda Beauty has openly expressed support for the Islamic regime and its violent actions, including the killing of more than 40,000 unarmed civilians. I cannot in good conscience support a platform that promotes or profits from individuals who align themselves with such conduct.

  I am a rouge customer who has spent a lot of money at Sephora over the years. This location is making me reconsider. I went in to return some items the other day, the cashier was rude to me and told me that I was returning too many items, and took ages to do so while she was scrutinizing me. Meanwhile, they don’t do samples and tell you to just return an item if it doesn’t work out. So how am I supposed to get the right shade if I’m being consistently color matched off and now can’t return items without being talked down to? It’s upsetting to get this kind of treatment after being a loyal customer for years, and I’m thinking of switching to Ulta permanently.

  DO NOT GO HERE. The worst service imaginable. I purchased an expensive order and I went to pick it up. The store manger instead of letting me pick my order, slammed the door in my face while the manager in blue laughed. I live farther away. I spent time and very valuable amounts of money to grab this. I was not shopping for fun. I took a lot of time to get here after being stuck in traffic. I will never recommend this place. It should have zero stars. Zero respect. Zero values. Zero ethics. The male manager was extremely rude. Never come here.

  I had the BEST customer service with Kayla. She has a great personality and beautiful smile! I liked her approach. I was disappointed with something and she was quick to resolve and keep the sale. Kayla Thanks you are the BEST
